重組人單核小體，由大腸桿菌中表達(dá)的重組人組蛋白組裝而成(組蛋白H2A、H2B、H3和H4各2個(gè);Accession numbers:H2A-P04908;H2B-O60814;H3.1-P68431;H4- P62805)，纏繞著147個(gè)堿基對(duì)包含601序列DNA。核小體是染色質(zhì)的基本亞基。由Lowary和Widom鑒定的601序列對(duì)組蛋白八聚體具有高親和力，有利于核小體的組裝。
