X連鎖α-地中海貧血／精神發(fā)育遲滯（又叫ATR-X綜合征）是一種X連鎖遺傳的精神發(fā)育遲滯綜合征。大約有一半的患者已發(fā)現(xiàn)有ATRX基因突變。轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)因子ATRX也稱(chēng)為ATP依賴(lài)性解旋酶ATRX。X連鎖核蛋白（XNP）或X連鎖解旋酶II是由ATRX編碼的蛋白質(zhì)。ATRX基因的突變與X連鎖精神發(fā)育遲滯（XLMR）綜合征相關(guān)，常伴有α-地中海貧血（ATRX）綜合征。

Immunohistochemical staining of human uterine cervix shows moderate to strong nuclear positivity in sequamous epithelial cells.

WB analysis in A549 cells transfected with control siRNA, target specific siRNA probe#1 and #2, using anti-ATRX antibody. Remaining relative intensity is presented. Loading control:anti-GAPDH.

Immunofluorescent staining of human cell line A549 shows localization to nucleoplasm and nuclear bodies. Antibody staining is shown in green.
